This agreement is formed between you, the user, and CoachAll (the app) and its affiliates. By registering for the app, you accept the terms below
Programs you create yourself are welcome and encouraged to be shared with others. Programs created by AI, custom-tailored to your needs, may not be distributed to, or shared with anyone for any purpose other than for medical advice by a licensed medical or mental health professional. If you are found to be abusing this policy in a way that infringes upon CoachAll's intellectual property, CoachAll and its affiliates reserve the right to revoke your account immediately and without notice.
As a user of this app, you acknowledge that use of this app as a practioner or fitness professional, including, but not limited to, doctors, physiotherapists, and personal trainers, to provide clients with programs is strictly forbidden. CoachAll and its affiliates reserves the right to revoke your, and your clients accounts, should you choose to misuse the app for this purpose, immediately and without notice.
CoachAll has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of other users. Users reserve the right to report what they believe to be harassment to our team, and if upon investigation your actions are determined to be bullying or harassment, CoachAll and its affiliates reserve the right to revoke your access to the app immediately and without notice.
By enrolling in a subscription with CoachAll, you agree to pay the cost of the membership tier you select (where applicable) in full and on-time. Failure to do so may result in immediate revoking of all paid features of the app, including access to AI designed programs generated during a time period within which you had paid your membership dues.
